Mountain Valley Outdoor Club

This club is for all K-6th graders! Our goal is to have at least one event planned each month. If you are into the outdoors, exploring, and hanging out with friends, you need to join this club! To become a member, fill out the application found in the office or at our webpage. Once a member, you can pick and choose which events you want to be a part of. There are no registration fees to join; yet there is a cost for events. This is a non-profit organization, ran by volunteers, where all money goes back into the club, donations are always welcome and we offer scholarships.

• The newsletter is sent home around the first of each month and posted on the Mountain Valley Elementary website (under Clubs)
• Each year please fill out a new application.

Chaperones: Any parent who wants to chaperone please let us know when your child signs up, send a note, call, or email.

COVID: Please see the back of this flyer for our detail safety plan. Each event must be submitted to and approved by a district level team, this is new and is a Covid precaution. Thank you for your support and understanding.

The general procedures for signing up for events are as follows:
Pay for events online 
You can also pay in the office using cash or a check
Most events are first come, first serve, due to limited bus space
Signing up ASAP is best practice for events

Please pick up your child on time after an event.
Also, please be aware that this is a privilege not a right.
